I have some long weekends coming up as I need to get rid of some PTO before I lose it. I figured it would be fun to write down the games I’m playing during this time.
This weekend is another mild rainy weekend here in Seattle. However, next weekend is supposed to be sunny and warm. Josie has an eye infection right now so I imagine I’m going to have plenty of time for games.
The Backlog
My backlog right now is pretty gross. Looking at my library right now here are my incomplete games.
- Diablo IV
- Elden Ring
- Dead Space
- Crash Team Racing
- Spyro Trilogy
I’ve been stuck on Asteroth in Diablo for some time. I’m not in a huge hurry to pick that back up and run with it. I don’t really know what I’m doing wrong and I’m not sure how to make it better. I’ve played a little of Elden Ring but I’m not sure if the game is for me. I started Dead Space but got distracted by other games, actually…the same can be said for CTR and Spyro.
PVP Problem
I mostly play PVP games. Destiny 2 is an exception but I spend much of that time in the Crucible. However last night I ran 4 dungeons and my raid team plays together on Sunday so probably not going to pick up D2 again until the usual raid time. Almost every game on the backlog is a single player experience…I guess that’s how they ended up on the backlog.
Gameplan
Ok so here is what I’m thinking. I’m going to play Crash Team Racing, and then if I decide I want to get some PVP in I think I’ll play Modern Warfare III.
Sheesh…so many games.
